hi can someone tell me how can I remove the part in the pictures?I tried to push from inside..pull from outside...didn't move!I wanted to make a fiberglass custom thing to house my tft! (the pics are in atach)

Most likely going to be hard metal clips that hold it in... Just like the radio bezel, they feel like they are going to break when you pull them out.
Good thing about it, it's a Civic and you can get another in the junkyard IF you do break it, but the way its positioned on the dash (above the actual dash) and the fact that its a civic, its push pins.

One thing to keep in mind - if it's cold outside, that plastic becomes brittle, so it can (and will) break if pulled on too hard.

about pulling hard :/ someone said that to me about the dash(almost broke the suports) and it was hold by 2 extra bolts that noone warned me about.
