Apparently I registered a while back, but never posted..anyway, I recently purchased a 1998 Tacoma, and am considering building a carputer..just have to decide where to put it.

Check out cproaudio's 1997 tacoma. It should give you some ideas. I think DarquePervert has a 2003 Tacoma (not sure if they are the same).You might want to have a look at his install as well

I PM'd DarquePervert already - he hasn't installed his yet. I saw the '97 the other day..but I have bench seats and a manual tranny, so I don't have room between the seats. I'll see if I can get some ideas, though

I didn't get around to taking pictures today..I'll see if I can do it tomorrow.

Edit: After some reading/thinking, I'll probably find a used laptop with a damaged LCD and use that. Just have to find one that'll run 800x480...
