    Question 18 Awg

is 18 gauge "thick" enough to power my computer from the dash to under the seat (maybe around 6ft)?

i would use a "thicker" cable, but the ampie case comes already with the connector, so i just extend the wires with another 18 gauge wire to the prober length, right? or is it better to extend with 16 or 14 gauge? u should always use the same gauge!!??

i use m10k with m2-atx, soon with xenarc tsv, gps.........

    thanks again for help!

you can use thicker wire, I would go with 16 gauge so there will be less resistance and current lost in the line.
