The splicing wires in between each one is the only idea I can think of, just make sure you tape them really good. But as far as any store that might sell those...I have no clue![]()
Ok, Im gonna relocate my Factory HU to the glovebox to make room for a screen. My question is, is there any place that sells OEM connectors (I know I could buy a wiring harness made for installing an aftermarket HU, but then I still need a male end for the radio) so I can make basically an 'expension cord' that I just just plug in at both ends? (I just want the male/female connectors, and I can put my own wires in) Or would I be better off just cutting the wires and putting a spliced wire in each one?

What car do you have? I have a Honda, and I actually managed to buy two connectors (one male and one female) and I built a nice long extension out of it!
I bought them at http://store.edschoice.net/ but that site no longer exists (!?)

i had a similar issue, and I simply found someone that was parting out their crashed car and had them cut off the harness for me.
Like suggested above, Junkyard it. You can find them at a decent size junkyard and just yank them. Make sure the one you yank it from has the same radio as the one you have.
