    Question on starting

Yes I know there are hundreds if not thousands of threads like this. But how are most of you guys putting together your carputer? Are you using barebone PCs and putting them in consealed place or building your own and putting it in a case? And is there one maint tutorial thread or link that I could have to do my research instead of having to go all over the place?

    Thanks.

P.S. I do not have a car yet as I am 15, but I will have one soon, so I am just preparing right now.

The FAQ Emporium - Everything you want to know (and would probably ask) about carPCs. Get some ideas, and remember --> and are extremely helpful when you are just getting started.

    Very carefully!

OK, that was smart-***, admittedly. The FAQ Emporium is a great place to start for technical and installation information.

Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?
