    Cooling and Power

Well my plan is to mount a mid sized tower into the back of my 2001 Cougar. My biggest question is on power and cooling. Any easy ways to tell how much power i need for the inverter? Also for cooling is just the standard stock cooling components okay or do i need to change those around? Odds are i will not be putting some booming base or bass idk what it is in the back of the car because that is not very appealing to me so the vibrations from that shouldnt be much of a problem however the regualr vibrations of the car will be. Its my first time looking here so if anyone has any links to places i can find more information please let me know.

An easy way to tell how much power you'll need is to add up all the components' power draw. I would imagine the stock cooling components will be fine, or even overkill. Vibrations are ok, there are a few FAQs specifically addressing vibration. is your friend. Anything you'd need to know is on this site, IMHO.

    PowerSimulator at EpiaCenter

EpiaCenter has build online power consumption tool. Enter some of the basic components you want (for Mini-ITX), and you will know it instantly.

    Here is the link:

For Intel take a look at one of the thread i found at SilentPCReview http://forums.silentpcreview.com/viewtopic.php?t=13054

The above forum is also good for Colling information: http://forums.silentpcreview.com/

For Colling purpose, go for Ventilation cutout, or FAN's
