What model and year of BMW do you have?
How do you currently have it connected?

You might want to check the amp turn-on wire. It will be the blue wire in your harness adapter. Make sure that is connected to turn on the Harmon Kardon amplifier. I have read somewhere that the HK amplifier is supposed to receive Balanced Low-Level signals from the head unit. So I would proceed with caution.

    Good Luck.
