help sp 13000 problem

i just bought sp 1.3 and it was not stable ..shutting down in startup blue screen with white words.....and now theres nothing appears in the screen just blank so what u think just happend

i use opus 150w to power it

Used to work? Bought it new? Using what PSU?

i used opus 150w..

first when i was formatting the 3.5 harddesk it was shutdown and restart in the half way ar in the end of formatting ..so i replace the hard desk and it work..after that the windows at the user selection it gose to shut down.. after couple of trying the blank screen appears

I'm having some trouble understanding you.
I would try using a regular PSU first. If that fails, try reloading the operating system, while using the 120V (or 220V) PSU.
Get it all going in the house first, then hook up the Opus.

sorry for my language ...all i want to know is..when sp13000 connected to psu and make it on .(you can see the fan of the proccessor works).but nothing appears in the screen like off state..
some sayed that the motherboard was burn...
