im running a 10 gauge amp kit to a 400 watt 800 watt max power inverter. 10 gauge is perfect if not overkill for that power supply. so your good to go

how can you tell him that 10 guage is overkill for his amp if you dont know how the current ratings of the amp(s) he's running?

that being said. how many amps do your amplifiers draw?

Im running a 4 gauge from the battery to a distribution block, then 14 guage from distribuition block to my M1-ATX (90W). I also run 8 guage to two amps from the distribution blocks. and I have a 4 guage ground to a ground block, and again 8 guage ground to each amp.

because he's not running an amp he's runnin a little dc-dc powersupply like i said 10 gauge is over kill

SORRY DIDNT READ THE LAST PART ABOUT THE AMP MY MISTAKE

    if your just runnin this

    10 gauge is fine
but if you also tryn to power amps like me n nameeri do. then go with 4 gauge to a distro block from there you can run 8 gauge to your amp and 10 gauge to your dc-dc power supply. if your doin two amps speakers n subs then do what nameeri does

I think, I will do exactly the same like you, run 4 gauge from the battery to a distribution block, then 14 gauge from distribution block to my M2-ATX 160W) and I ran 8 gauge to my amp, (300W 2 channel amplifier). Do I need a fuse for the amp ? I already have the fuse from the battery to the distribution block.

and. from the ground, How can I gonna to wire ? because I only have 1 input for my distribution block, so that's from the +(positive) to a distribution block, then for the ground how can I gonna to wire ? thanks.

I have the distribution block same like that, My question is there is only 1 way for the positive + from the battery to the disitrution block. And how about the ground for the distribution block ? where I can wire it, thanks
