Which software has best search function ?

Hellow there,

I am going to build a car computer, and I would like to know which software has the easiest search function.

For example, im driving, music is playing, and my passenger wants to hear a specific song.

I tell him/her that I got it, but where on the 300gb mp3s is it ?

Is there a program, where u can search while the music keeps playing, with large buttons ?(for touchscreen)

Any help is appriciated.

I think they all will look at ID3 tags for artist, song title or album title information and you can sort by any of those methods.

Why don't you go to the forums for teh respective software here at mp3car. There are, believe it or not, stickies with FAQs to help newbies like yourself.
You can also download many of the front ends to experiment for yourself, which is what we all have done.

I mean an easy interface, not the way the program searches.

I could trie them all, but i like somebodys oppinion to.

Want easy searches?, Buy an empeg. It will do autocomplete searches with the remote (by artist, album, songname, genre, year). You can find any song in seconds. Plus they can be gotten pretty cheaply these days ($350-$400.)
