Flex ATX motherboard, power supply - can someone confirm
Okay guys, definently a little lost ... but doing my best.
I found this motherboard:

Motherboard, floppy, keboard, mouse fan= 36 watts
Intel Celeron 370 = 35 Watts
Video (none onboard)
Memory (one stick DDR) = 10 watts
One 3.5" hard drive = 25 watts
DVD Rom = 25 watts
One additional fan, 2 usb devices = 2 watts
One PCI card (GPS)= 5 watts
Total= 148 Watts
Okay where I get lost is the whole 12V, 5V, 3V rail part. I am looking at using a m2-atx power supply. Can someone confirm that it will be sufficient?
Also the processor only runs at 800 MHZ, but atx not itx, so was hoping that it could run mp3, gps, dvd, and divx, mpeg. Do you think it will have sufficient processing speed? Really don't want, or need the expense and size of a micro-itx, so flex, or macro atx would be fine if you have a better, cheap solution. Thanks.
