    Noob amp question

Situation: 1 car, 1 amp, 1 Sub, 1 iPod, cables etc.

My amp has phono plugs so i can connect an iPod, head-unit or other mp3 player to it. I only have 1 speaker i wish to connect to it. As the amp has a (+) and (-) connector for 2 speakers. Do I connect both (+) terminals, and both (-) terminals together to create 1 (+) and 1 (-) terminal and wire that to the Sub, or connect the (+) of the left, and the (-) of the right to the sub.

    Help greatly apprecieated.

    Thanks

If you look at the terminals on the amp where it says "bridged" it should have lines pointing to the terminals to use in 'bridged' mode.
