Guys, please help me powering my xenarc with P4 Connector ?

Hi guys, My motherboard doesn't need to use a P4 connector, so I think I am going to use that P4 connector to power my screen, but I don't know which wire I should connect to ? there are 4 spots of the P4 connector. By the way, I have a extra monitor power cable.

    I highly doubt it.

Hmm...I did do some searching guys. But didn't find anything good. so anyways, yesterday, I tried to power my xenarc with 12V power connector, I have no idea which one will connect to. So I just tried to connect around and I ended up with my computer just automatic shut down, I was lucky, it didn't damage anything on the screen or computer. So can you guys please tell me which 1 ( 1-2-3-4 ) on the 12v power connect I should connect to the screen. Once again, thank you very much.....

Connect positive to one of the yellow pins and negative (ground) to one of the black pins, should work fine. If you have problems, make sure you're not shorting something and put a voltmeter on the leads to check voltage.

He didn't say WHERE he was searching. He could very well have been searching WebMD or perhaps the menu for McDonalds.

    Don't be like what?
Brutally honest about the fact that you say you searched, yet the information is readily available through a simple Google?

You're talking about moving elctricity from one place to another. If you **** it up, you could hurt yourself, destroy your computer or your vehicle.
I highly suggest you learn a couple things before you begin to go cutting into power cords.
