    How to..

Hello, new to the forums as well as the hobbie. I'm lookin to put a computer in my car, nothign spectacular just want the computer to hold basic files like mp3's, movies.. minor stuff. I checked over here, i didnt see anything on how to go about it. All I pretty much want to know is know what are the parts that I am required to get? I know the motherboard is a must, and after that, what do I need? What do you guys recommend? I'm an experienced computer designer and I also build crap loads of computers, but no car PC's so if its hard for you to lamn it down dont worry I'll catch on. And if you have any tips on how to go about installing it, that would be great. Thanks guys.

Seriously? Have you checked the FAQ forums? There is a ton of info... just spend hours and hours reading...

    Required parts include:

    Turn signal fluid
    muffler bearings
    left handed smoke shifter
    and a snipe

Please try reading the FAQs and the project forums... tons of information...
Then ask a better set of questions.

Since you are computer experianced, take a close look at the Power supply forum. The rest should be fairly straight.
