    Newbie!!!!

    Hi,

I have just started a carputer project to only really use up some time having just finished my exams and having alot of time to spare. Nonetheless it is quickly becoming more and more interesting, i have a long history in building computers for freinds and family and continue to administer alot of them to this day, but the carputing idea is one with many different puzzles and complexities i have not come accross before.

I do however have afew questions that i hope someone could help me with. Having completed the first power test yesterday successfully i feel ready to decide where to mount the lcd, my first thought was to place it in the glovebox on some hinges, but it seems my glove compartment is too small and i don't really want the screen on display atall and without designing a fancy mechanism i can't really think of how to place it. If anyone has any suggestions about solutions or other areas to mount it i would be very apreciative.

Thank you all in advance for replying.
