Remote Start

Um i purchased the Viper 791 XV and would like to do some research in how to hook it up before it arrives.........Any good threads or anything you can show me?

i Think my main problem is the whole wiring thing and reading the diagrams.

Hmmm, I think you should look in an alarm system related forum. Probably have more luck. Like here

yea i looked at the diagrams and didnt understand em but ill give it another go..

The12Volt is a great site, with lots of wiring diagrams/charts for most vehicles and a good forum for car alarms, etc...

most of the diagrams there (if not all) will give you a wire, it's function, it's color, and the normal/common location to find it. you then match up those to the appropriate wires on your alarm which should be specified in your manual. You may or may not need a Chiltons or Haynes book to help with the wiring... helps sometimes
