equipment and prices?

hey guys, i've searched and researched on the top of a carputer in a 2003 S10, but im still alittle confused, i dont understand everything that i would need and i would like to figure out a price range...all i want to do is play cd's and dvd's, i dont need navigation or anything like that, unless its cheap or comes with it

Get one of those in-dash screens that plays DVDs and CDs

i dont like the flip up screens, they are cheap in my opinion, i'd like to have a solid ts screen

i already read that...i dont get why someone just cant make a list of what i would need, 1 word list....monitor, dc2dc, just like that...what else do i need though!?!?!

If you can't read the FAQs and figure out what you need to install a PC in your ride, then you need a job that pays enough for you to fork over teh bucks to someone who does know or can figure it out.
This isn't rocket science, man. It's installing a PC in a vehicle.
