it is doable man, you will need to have 2 cellphone. and then you can connect the one on your truck (speacker or vibrator) to a relay.

But you have to keep in mind that if that cellphone recived a wrong phone call or text message your car started will not understand that was a mistake and will fire up the ignition and your car will start

I did that years ago with a beeper.... do they still even make beepers?

you can start your car with your cell phone roll your windows up and down lock or unlock the doors turn on head lights if your car or truck is bagged you can lower or raise. no joke.
