So...
Where is teh audio out from teh headunit going? To the amps?
But you've got the laptop audio going to the amps...
Do you intend on having some sort of signal switchbox in place to switch from the PC audio to the headunit audio?

A simpler solution would be to have the laptop play from teh iPod and have the laptop audio going into AUX #1 on the headunit.

1) is the amp connected to all car speakers?
2) i am using an inverter to power laptop and ps2. inverter will be connected to battery, how do i get this inverter to only run when car is on so my battery doesnt die?
3) how do i make it so my laptop auto turns on and off with ignition?

1) I don't know. Is it?
2) Wire the inverter to an ACC-switched circuit or have it controlled by a relay.
3) There are multiple options. Search the foums for them.
