if you are concerned with saving a few bucks here and there, use froogle for each product....

as for the rest of it, I don't see why it wouldn't work, but I'll leave it up to others who have experience with each of those products.
Well guys I'm getting ready to purchase some parts for my carputer project going in my '06 RSX. The parts I picked out seem to be great to me. Here they are so far :

DSATX 220W PSU:

Lilliput 7" Touchscreen :

Now thats all I have as of right now most of everything else I already have. I was just wondering if its possible to run everything here w/o any problems. Before you flame me I used the power supply calculator already I just wanted to make sure I'm not doing anything incorrectly.
If I don't need that big of a power supply would an Opus 150watt PSU work just fine? The other things i'm going to add on to that is probably a 60gb sata hdd oh and if its not too much to ask are there any cheaper websites.
Thanks,

I don't think the Opus 150 will work. Probably not enough current on the 12V rail, but double check. The M2-ATX should work but again check the 12V current ratings. That is where you will be limited. It's better to be safe with more power than not enough. I am upgrading my current setup and now I have to buy a THIRD power supply. I was going to do the M2 but I am going to wait and pick up the Opus 250 so I don't short change myself if upgrade even later down the road.
Just some words of wisdom.![]()
System always under construction
If you're going to go witht he DSATX, for over the extra $10 for the brainstem. You won't regret it.

Read this FAQ: FAQ: Will <insert PSU model> Power Supply work with my system?
What is the brainstem? I tried googling for it but didnt come up with some reliable answers. Anways I just now saw the Opus 250w was the same price as the DSATX. I personally think the Opus is a better brand so I think I will go with that unstead only if it is going to work with my configuration.
I'll try to figure out how much power it will use. I will report to you guys later on thanks!
Well i'm pretty sure the processor will work with either the Opus 250 or the DSATX I found many of the AMD 3200+ processors on the Chris Hare's processor electrical information thing.
The only problem is I cant find the correct one that has the same socket as the one I posted above but I found the 3200+ on that website with the highest rating and it was still able to power it. If anyone can help me out that would be great.
Sorry for being so demanding![]()
