    VIA EPIA-EN15000G or Micro ATX?

I am still undecided about this. I want to try to setup a carputer some time this month but I am unsure of waht system to go with. I was thinking an ITX setup because of the size, but I am worried about having enough power in the system to do things like run Windows, GPS, music, multi tasking, etc...

So I am down to the VIA EPIA-EN15000G or a Micro ATX setup with a Core 2 Duo CPU.

Is the ITX setup viable? I don't want any lag in my system to switch between let's say GPS and music. And does anyone know if the ITX board here would work well with Vista? I know I wouldn't need Vista for awhile but it's something to think about.

Actually too, I wouldn't mind a Mac Mini which I use to think I wanted but I think it woudl cost more to use a digital audio out to a DSP and also if I wanted to add a TV card at some point that I would need to use an external tuner. Not really ideal for taste.
