how to power t5700 DC thin client?

Hey guys, I have an HP t5700 700MHz thin client that I am planning on using for my computer.

This machine is a mini-ITX layout, but differs from most of the standard boards, by using a 12v DC input that is similar to a laptop plug, rather than an ATX power header onboard.

So, my question is, what is the best way to power this? Use the included AC adapter and an inverter? What else can I do?
