Question What type of motherboard should I use?

    Hello everyone,
I have been roaming this forum for a while now and picked up quite a lot of info on making a CarPC.
The only things I couldnt figure out is:

Whats the best motherboard/CPU combination to use. I want to use the system for GPS, DVD playback, MP3 and maybe one or two old games...

I have been thinking about the VIA M12000, but I am not sure thats the right way to go...., since I cant upgrade it .

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a VIA EPIA-CN13000G. I would highly recommend it. I bought it from which has horrible support. I wanted to get it from NewEgg but it went out of stock.

Total amount spent so far: $1196.64

You will probably spend AT LEAST 2x what you initially budget for your CarPC Project!
