New to CarPCs? Don't know where to start?

Thanks! I spent about 4 hours on the forums yesterday. I've already downloaded a copy of RoadRunner onto my home desktop and messed around with some skins and logos. I am currently thinking about getting a premade box. I do have the skills needed to build a computer and work with basic wiring, but it appears as though I will spend far more money building a custom carpc since I will insist on putting only the best stuff in.

If anyone has any suggestions for good prebuilt carpc's feel free to post your opinions. I know such info is available already via the search function (I am not a forum n00b) and I am searching it, but I won't stop anyone if they have a dying need to tell me how their particular prebuilt system rocks.
