Ignore it all... My workplace blocks 9090 so I couldn't get it. Use an anonymizer everybody else who has this problem.

Ugh. Yeah, icculus.org transparently forwards you to a mirror for large files.

I hacked around it with a little script, so you can download it from here if that didn't work:
