Seems like someones taken emails from the site, er maybe the mp3kid rustling up some trouble... Maybe moon is a wee bit inebriated..... WHo knows.... post your thoughts....

I got the same fricken thing! Some guy must have gotten into the database of e-mails and sent out e-mails to everyone from Moon's e-mail address?

We got hacked. Apparently VB had some holes in the security. I will post a good report shortly. But even the VB tech said it...that sucks ***.

Seems no one has asked, but are there any suspects? Any traces left? BTW yes I got that same e-mail but I had tried visiting the forum before I checked it and saw the same thing "I AM BEST HACKER." Not quite, and definately not the best sentence writer.

Anyway props to bgoodman, good work! Although I am sure a few things were lost, for the most part the major content (posts) seem to be preserved, hopefully any that may have been lost were not a wealth of information but more of the variety of some n00b getting flamed to use the search.
