    Computer Law Enforcement Job?

    Anyone here do Computer Forensics or any sort of Computer Law Enforcement? Im looking for a job and am wondering how you got your start. Ive applied to several places but of course no one is hiring...any suggestions? Ive got a BS in Computer Science (software engineering) and a certificate in Forensic Science (crime lab and autopsy stuff). Any tips or suggestions?

    Consider applying to big audit firms (PwC, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, KPMG) - they often have Information Systems audit teams, and this often includes a team of white-hats.

    I only have a CS degree but applied to the FBI for computer crime department. I pretty much know all the steps there. I just need 2-3 years of work experience since I don't have some kind of law degree but I passed all the tests but the medical so far.

    I forgot to mention that I have a year to burn. Im actually applying to the FBI in september, but I cant any earlier. Im not 23 till then. Plus, It wont be till January at the earliest for me to get to Quantico....Nevertheless, that is my plan. I just need a job to burn a year. I currently contract out to the US Marshals, but I am tired of programming and am looking for something a little more exciting.
