ultimarc is a very good comapny, DHL on the other hand is not

i ordered the ipac 2 from ultimarc and it was shipped DHL. DHL sent it to the city state and zip, but not the physical address. when i contacted them about this problem of not receiving the package, they only had a word of mouth confirmation of delivery by the driver. i had a package come in through DHL from amazon the next day. and that was the package the driver was swearing was the package i expected but did not receive. DHL has no accurate data on where and when a package was delivered to. and the signature-er, they do not check an ID for. so the where ever the package was delivered was not signed by me. DHL is new to the shipping world. and not good at it. after shooting emails back and forth between me and ultimarc, ultimarc is sending me another ipac2. and i requested for them to ship it via another service as i am not happy with DHL's work methods. it is being sent USPS.

so all in all, ultimarc is a very good company. and DHL....well sucks at life.

We get the idea you don't like DHL.

No point in having the same threads over and over again
