Yup, I guess you're right. How could "Oh my ******* god" be considered offensive, or not suitable for a public forum. Must be me, sorry carry on.

And btw, regarding how well vista is working out for MS

I have used just about everything,

    Mac : Apple II basic, System 6, System 7, Os8, Os9, OSX,

    PC : Dos, Win3.1, OS2, Win95, Win98, WinNT, WinCE, Win2000, WinME, WinXP, Vista
    Linux, BeOS, QNX

XP seams to be the fastest and most compatible, with hardware and software,
after that I would say Win98SE or Linux

Vista works, I just don't like it, and I am not going to use it

I wont rule it out if I have to for what ever reason, but XP should work just fine
for the next few years, and Linux should be able to do the rest

I just don't like a pretty OS -- I also hated Windows 95 when it came out,
I called it the Fisher Price OS, after the baby toys, I hated its default look
even to this day I use the "Classic Start Menu"

For anyone who is having issues with hardware with Vista and haven't updated to SP1, do that. It definitely made noticeable differences for me. It will automatically set a restore point before installing it, so you can go back if it causes any issues for you. The SP1 install takes anywhere from 40-60 minutes depending on your pc's speed, so allow for it.
