Been out a month already
Had first day of lessons yesterday (I teach snowboarding) and it was quite fun. Granted it is all on fake snow it's still a good time!
Anyone else looking forward to the Ski season?

FYI: I sold my 96 4Runner and bought a 1985
The question! Whoa, good luck. I'm WAY to young to even think about that.
I go to Hidden Valley, believe it or not. It's not to bad, but it is fake. I'm going in Febuary to Copper Mountian. I'm looking forward to that in a major way.

I cant wait to go snowboarding. i just started last year and i love it!! i got a Ride Control board with k2 clicker bindings and k2 boots. ive tried skiing a few times but just didnt like it and it was hard for me to get the hang of. Im totally the opposite when it comes to boarding though. 2 weeks and school is over for the semester, i cant wait!!

I've noticed that. Most people our age (20's) prefer snowboarding to skiing. Guess it's because most of them were skateboarders and the transition was easier. I prefer skiing myself.
I've got a set of K2 3500's ready to go!

And you say people actually pay money for M$ Windows?

Total re-design underway: on the whole progress is very slow as the car is taking up too much time :)
Yeah, copper is much better than A-Basin and is much cheaper to. I can get a 4 day lift ticket for like $40 at most resorts near the slopes.

I'll be hitting up Copper, Keystone, Breck, Vail, and maybe some other spots this winter, getting so excited !!
I like the hill I work at, it's VERY small, but we have one hell of a park and pipe!
Havn't been to a base, but every one I know who has, recon it's better than Copper.
I perfer Winter Park, myself especially the huge bowls at the top, and if you go for a little walk up there you can even find some virgin snow.
Still any thing out there is a lot better than the UK offers.
