Have You Heard Of Operation Drill Bit???

Have you heard about a great idea to help persuade congress to allow drilling for oil in America in the many places that are now restricted or prohibited?

I just got back from the post office from mailing a broken drill bit taped to a short note to each of my U.S. senators and my U.S. representative.

This is a clever idea thought up by a conservative talk show host (www.schnittshow.com)
He is asking everyone to tape a drill bit (old or new) to a note saying something to the effect of "Drill at HOME! and mailing them in a padded envelope (do not mail them in a regular envelope) to each of your senators and your representatives.

Also, please send a short note to everyone on your mailing lists both at home and at work to help spread this idea. If congress takes some definitive action to encourage drilling in the U.S. and the building of more refineries it will bust the chops of all the oil speculators who are forcing the gas prices higher and higher every day.

    Mail all Drill Bits to:
    The Honorable Nancy Pelosi
    H-232, U.S. Capitol
    Washington, D.C. 20515
    202-225-0100
Too lazy, order a drill bit sent in your name - http://www.drillnancy.com/

I think we should spend our money researching alternative energy sources. Think HHO.

drilling for more oil won't solve anything. even if we did drill for more oil, we wouldn't see it for another 10-15 years.

alternative energy (wind, solar) is the solution!
