Barefoot Running? Anyone Else Try it?

I can't imagine running barefoot is good for your feet...or legs...or back...

You don't have foot support problems? My ankles would be killing me!

we born naked? or born with shoes on our feet before we where created/evolved? either one or "before" the other its only a good idea to live your life without shoes for more than once. How else are you suppose to know. Make sense? or cents /shrug.

hence the "evolved" part. No reason to devolve.

Do you know why all those problems exist? Shoes cause the muscles that support your balance, and keep you centered from every developing.

In actuality, from everything that I have read, and have experienced for myself, all the worries you have get corrected once your body adjusts, and builds the proper muscles and tendons from proper running.

Why fix what isn't broken... If your shoes hurt, you are buying the wrong shoes... Go $13 walmart shoes!

You are totally missing the point. It's not just about hurt feet, it's about the under developed physique that shoes have caused that cause a whole host of other problems.
