Yeah, that was real freaking nonsense there. They obviously don't have a clue whats going on. They only gave it a couple of days, then decided to (re)take my money. (Even though I showed them prrof of shipping)
Been a member there since 2001, never had an issue or claim against me.
    Great customer service, right?

Oh, his username? amemo06 (Mods, delete that if you want)

Like I said, I think he has less than 10 posts.
When I Google the name I see him on many other forums.

I thought it possible that the guy is actually fair in his claim. Maybe his credit card was swiped. But, I never received an email from him about where his stuff is at. I've emailed him several times (at 2 different email addresses)
I've also sent him PM's from here and other forums. Not a single response in 3 weeks.

The post office tracking number only shows that it left NJ, but sometimes that is all you get with international shipping. Package was insured, so I'm gonna file a claim with the post office. Maybe THEN they will track it properly. (Their tracking sucks)

That in itself sounds a little too suspicious. I know if it were me purchasing items from you, you bet I'd be trying to find the fastest way to get in contact with you after not receiving my items for several weeks.

Same here.... I dont link anything to my bank account. PayPal is very shaddy sometimes when it comes to disputes. I think though in order to be a seller, you have to link your PayPal (correct me if im wrong). It would have been more convienient if just a negative balance showed up in PayPal, but nothing is taken from you. That way you had some time to fight without physically loosing anything. It sucks that people can be so dishonest. I hope you learned to only ship to PayPal verified addresses. If they ask to have it sent to another location, then dont go through with the sale.

PS: Do you have the emails between you two, talking about where to send the package. that may help you. I had this lady that stayed at the hotel I work at. She busted a huge hole in the bath area wall. We then charged her for the damages. She emailed us saying that we charged her card for $300.00. We emailed her the pictures and said right after she left we found the hole. We told her that we would be nice and refund her 150.00. She agreed. Then i got a chargeback for the full 300.00. Sent in my paper work with the emails between her and me and she lost. I just got another for the 150.00, which she is gonna loose also.

Its sad to say that people are evil and rotten to the core. Thankfully some of them are stupid and leave evidence, which is what I got, a complete dumba$$ that admitted it in email.

Unfortunately Paypal is a must, and yes, a business must have a link.
Many of my sales are out of the country, most of them to non-verified because customers use their cc for payment.
Guess it's part of the cost of doing business. PP did the charge back because the customers cc company give him the money back.
What ****es me off is that I can't have the guys cc company information for me to contact them myself and show proof of shipping and arrival of products.
I sure this is the reason mp3car started their "Credit Card Validation": Credit Card Validation
CC owners can't do a "charge-back" often, they'd get red flagged. Not sure why ALAIN (amemo06) picked me.

Side note: I'm from Holland, I visit there once in a while, France is not far form there, I think I will visit ALIAN next time I'm there
