Probably the easiest of the solutions actually.

I do often wonder if smokers can smell the smoke? Or is just like any other smell when you live in filth you dont notice it... I hate delivering to these poor houses with carpet + dogs. It is like a frigging stink bomb goes off every time they open their door. But they seem perfectly happy.

Smoke in the upholstery/carpets, not so much. Smoke in the vents. Yes.
    My opinion is my own.

No they cant smell it. I have told lots of people countless times they smell like cr@p, and they swear they dont.

PS: I have 4 dogs and I get complaints that my room smells like dog, but i dont smell nothing. I guess once you get used to a smell, you dont notice it.

    Keeps people from bugging me.

I actually quit for a year. After gaining 75 lbs (those that know me, I wasn't small before), I decided it would be better to get the weight off.....ALL of it....then get eating habits right....then quit smoking. I know, I know....chose cancer over diabetes, but the way I travel, eating right is next to impossible and I have to train myself to do it. Grabbing a cigarette instead of a large pizza does work. And no, I don't need or want advice. This is my story and I'm sticking to it!

As for smoking, Chantix worked quite well. I had to force myself to smoke again (wife smoking made it a little easier).

On a good note, I have lost 25 lbs.
    My opinion is my own.

Now when you look at the light grey roof, its literally turning brownish, black. The interior in my new truck is black and my mom tried to use that excuse to try to smoke a cigarette, (don't bash me with what i am about to say), but I promptly pulled over and told her to get out of car unless she puts anything that has to do with smoking away (yes, i take it that serious that I'm willing to kick my mom out my car). I think a really good cleaning will help, vacuum, then clean with cleaner, then vacuum again. Clean all upholstery with armourall wipes, they will give the car a new car smell. Then if you still smell something, use febreeze.

Well I have always been that harsh to people, family friends anyone who want s to smoke, they can walk, coz they ain't smoking in my car, that included my dad, my sister and one of my best mates.

And believe it or not, I totally agree! We are very courteous smokers.....except around anti-smokers. When the guy walks out of a building and across the street, then 2 blocks down to tell me my cigarette offends them....they will probably get a face full of smoke.

Ozone generator shoud work - I've also heard that is what the "professionals" use.

Now, if you don't have an ozone generator, but do have a ionizing air cleaner (the kind that the sharper image sold), that should work pretty well too. Both work by generating reactive oxygen molecules. While an ozone generator will generate much more, much more quickly, the ionizing air filters generate some as well (especially the earlier models - people began to complain, and later models produced less ozone).

So, I'd find/steal/beg/borrow an ionizing air cleaner, plug it in, and leave it in my car overnight (or over several nights). It might also help to start the car and let the HVAC system run on the "Max A/C" or recirculation setting AFTER one of those nights - that way, the freshly ionized air will be pulled through the ventilation system, where it can hopefully neutralize odors.

I had 2 crappy ones - they did work, and would blow air without a fan and all
that, but the room still smelled bad, smelled like a computer power supply,
and I could hear that sizzling sound, and see a faint purple glow, kinda freaky
