You might try contacting Opus Solutions directly. I don't know if they could/would help, but it's worth a shot...
Ok...maybe this seems a little outdated.....I ordered an opus 250W power supply before they discontinued it and started making the 300Ws a couple years ago. They made the first batch and that had problems so they started making a second batch....maybe some of you guys remember that....
Anyway...I got one of the first batch and tried for a damn year to get a hold of him to try and get the upgraded version so i could get rid of all my problems. Maybe it was my divorce, maybe i just got "comfortable" having to reset my damned computer EVERY SINGLE TIME I BOOTED IT....weird i know...but it was a power supply issue. Every time i turned it on, it would beep untill i hit the reset button. hours of bench testing yielded no issue with the ram, kb, mobo, screen or anything. it is the damned power supply causing erroneous errors at boot.
bad call on me for waiting this long. I guess im just ****ed because its been a pain in my *** that has bugged me for so long. Im not looking for a replacement i guess since it has been so long....but i still wanted to at least get a reason why his customer service is such garbage other then "he's busy".![]()

guess ive been so damn busy with my life and kids and all i didnt notice the end of that.
OPUS is really really good when it comes to costumer service. Did you at least save a receipt? If so, they may swap it out for you. If you don't, maybe they can charge you a small fee to upgrade and or change it out. Don't give up yet..... Just cut out the $h!++y middle man and go directly to the source. Always works for me.
