You saw the notice that they had a problem with their CRM system, didn't you?
What were the dates you emailed them?
Have you tried calling them?
Ok, im fed up with this. i had a cord break over a month ago, the one that plugs strait into the monitor (i bought the iphone duplication kit)
I emailed so far THREE times asking what to do, where i can buy another, anything, and never once got an email. I asked on here and was told to PM heather. did that, no answer. NONE.
can anyone point me in the right direction? ive been monitorless for too long.
