Ok, you do the Fiat, I'll take the Buick and we can fund it by selling the Benz...
Everything looks better with a carputer...
I dont see the 4.1 using alot of fuel. Granted I'm running a newer motor thats injected, but with modern day carbs thats 4.1 should be able to run 30mpg if you can keep the foot out of it. Even with the stock carb you should be able to get low 20s out of it.
Honestly, the Benz would be nicest. The dash work alone would be a project within itself. I only say that because I would like to keep it as close to stock as possible. I envision it as "Q-Branch gone evil". It just has that James Bond villain car look to it. (Connery not Moore)
The Fiat would be fun and I really wouldn't put that powerful of a system in there either. Just enough to run music and GPS. Would be an awesome road runner...(as in the act of running down the road, not the bird, car or previous name of software)
The Buick, for some reason, I really like that matte finish to it. You should repaint it but keep the color. The sky is the limit on this one to me. I see cars like this and all I want to do is gut the inside and make my own. I could go forever on what I would do to this one.
That's a tough choice. They are all totally different cars that are not even in the same class. Honestly it all depends on what you want to do. The Benz would be awesome just to ride around in. The Fiat would be a fun daily driver. The Buick would be a killer sleeper with the right modifications to it. If I was going to go with the Buick I would look to see if the engine from the Grand National would fit in there. The one I'm thinking of was a V6 w/ turbo (dont think it was twinned but could be). When it first came out to the strip it broke some records and was eating V8s for breakfast. I could be full of it since I'm talking cars that were made before I was born.
