    Problems ordering from Bybyte.com?

Ive made a small purchase from Bybyte.com a few years back and was happy with their service, product, packaging etc... so recently (July 1st) I put in a larger order of an LCD plastic fram for Lilliput, infrared remote sensor for Lilliput, a Lilliput screen 7" touch and also a Bybyte Doubdle Din Nano-ITC carputer enclosure. All up close to $400USD. It is now August 17th and I havent received the goods yet (over 1.5 months).
In all fairness today is the first day ill be contacting Bybyte to see whats going on. Ive sent a message using their websites 'contact us' section.

Purpose of this post is to see if anyone else has had any problems getting goods from these people and if so, what did you do to resolve it?

    Thanks.

    About your order at Bybyte.com

Bybyte.com received your roder and contacted you sending 3 emails to the email address provided in the Paypal transaction. As an online seller, Bybyte is required to ship international items to "Paypal Confirmed Address" and it seems that you provided an unconfirmed P,O. Box that Paypal does not categorize as "Elegible for seller protection". Please check your email and reply to the requests from bybyte.com and your items will be shipped immediately. You must respond from the email asociated with the Paypal transaction. You can also request a full refund.

Thanks. Ive replied to your email.

Interesting thing is I never had this problem when I ordered from Bybyte.com the first time, or from anywhere else for that matter since opening my paypal account in the early 2000's.

Just a quick follow-up on this. Bybyte.com ended up sending everything I ordered fairly quickly and extremely well packaged. They also included a couple of extra goodies in there (laser 'finger' mouse thingy and the [optional] IR sensor on a ribbon cable) Im guessing for my troubles. Who can say no to free stuff??

All in all, despite the minor hickup, ill be ordering from Bybyte again. Mainly because even though something went wrong, they were very quick on their support and to fix things.

    Thanks!
