Hotel Guest Book Idea. Is it doable?

I have been bashing my head trying to find a Guest Book so Guests can leave comments on the Hotel as they leave. Well i decided to look into maybe making it a digital type system. I was doing research and Android based pads are super cheap. I was wondering though if there is an App for it that will allow me to do such a thing. Maybe even have an area where they can rate customer service, cleanliness, and comments. Also would like that if the unit is not touched, it shows advertisement and specials on the screen. Anyone know of anything?

Maybe I can do a HTML based Guest book, but not sure how it would work as far as writing on the screen and saving it in the persons hand writing.

    Any input would be awesome.

There are many, many websites that rate hotels. You have hotels.com, travelocity, etc... etc... However, each of these requires a specialized login for each website. Im not sure it would be possible to use a service that would create a login for each website and automatically write the same review everywhere.

Android does allow for image-based screen savers. Try looking into that for advertisements.

Very easy to do as an app or as a website. If you want it to be viewable online-combining the two might be the best option.

Who would you want to be able to view the guest book?

I only want it to be off-line. Meaning they sign there name, a comment, and a rating on some categories (cleaning, friendliness, etc). Then when they hit save, it takes them to the main page which shows there comments. Kind of like how this site does it.

Only difference is I want it to start out on the page that has the comments in view. Then they hit the sign button and can leave a comment. Once they hit submit, they are returned to comment page.
