Donation Requst: Laptop for Haiti Hospital

Hey, Does anyone have a PC laptop that is less than 5 years old that we can send to Haiti? I've worked with these doctors before and they do great work. It would also need to have a pcmcia slot

We were able to get the medical team a $10,000 digital radiography sensor donated, we just need a laptop.

If it needs an os install, HDD repair or other basic stuff we can do that here at the office before we send it.

We would need it by Monday of next week. If you are in the USA we could provide a 5013c tax letter. More info on the doctors here: http://www.carolandtominhaiti.com/ and here http://www.imaonline.org/

Ideally we could send them with two or three so that when one breaks they have a backup.

I have an older laptop that works i'd be willing to donate. The problem is, the battery only lasts for 30 mins (if that) and it has to be constantly connected to the wall plug.

That's fine. It is going to go in a hospital with relatively constant power. If you want to PM me your address and an approximate weight we can e-mail you a shipping label. Do you think you could send it today or tomorrow?
