it really stinks... i've gotten to a point that the only things that even remotely interested me was the red-chrome covered mustang, the race semi truck, and the chrome R-8.... the rest of it, i've done, but less over the top...
Just got back from SEMA. As always, lots of nice cars, nice girls and too many people. here's a teaser:

Hahaha, I know the feeling. There must have been 200 booths selling parking sensors/rear view cameras or in-car DVRs. I didn't see anything that really jumped out at me. The whole show felt a little bit subdued this year. I think the economy has taken a toll. I will say the general quality of "spokes models" was up from last year, and more of them. I guess it's cheaper to hire one of them than to bring a car. Personally, I prefer the cars.
agreed.
there are times where i really don't care how hot they are-- they are blocking the view of 'x' part!!!

Very cool pics, Vegas, thanks!

nice pics. I was there, and definitely to many people.
I was just there, funny by the time I got there, all the cars were gone and in their place was just a bunch of power plant stuff. Stinks that I've been here in Vegas for over 6 years and haven't been to one SEMA convention. But thanks for letting me know it wasn't as 'wow' this year... that makes me feel better.
It's been a while...
