just curious if anyone here has hell week in any of the sports they play?
i just started mine for baseball. had a nice 3 mile run under 24 minutes and then an ab workout. the whole team didn't finish so we have to do it again tomorrow and some sprints on top of that.

well this is just the first day, since some guys didn't make it we'll have to do it again. well, we just sprint and do abs for about an hour at 6 in the morn.
tomorrow is gonna suck, cause we gotta do the 3 miles, and then we have to do the sprints as well.
for baseball players, 3 miles under 24 is pretty hard for most players. i ran cross-country in high school so i know what to expect.

it's not hell for me, but when combined with sprints and such, it definitely sucks.
some baseball players are big guys, definitely ain't too fun to see them try to run those laps.
