I see that several people on this board use animated GIFs as their avatars. I'm wondering if anyone can point me to a decent program to make animated GIFs either from another video format or a series of images. I did a google search and found quite a few, but don't necessarily want to download and install a half dozen programs to find a decent one. If anyone has any experience with this, I'd like to hear it. I'm using Windows.
Oh, and I'm a cheap bastard too so free is a plus.![]()
Thanks.

Animation Shop, comes with Paint Shop. I think you can still download a free 30-day trial.
