In Louisiana having any blue lights on your vehicle may be (depends on the officer) considered to be impersonating a police officer which is a serious felony offense often times includes jail time if convicted, don't know how often it actually happens, but a friend had to go to court ended up 30 days in jail + 6 month DL suspension all for blue washer nozzles. I think normally you get a ticket to the tune of $100

I don't think you could get a conviction for impersonating an officer on that basis unless he had his lights flashing, alternating, or tried to use them to pull someone over. Any lawyer would be able to fight that off to at most a fix-it ticket.

As for glow-in-the-dark wiper fluid.. you can just get normal wiper fluid and mix it with some glow-in-the-dark liquid. Look around online, and you'll find some. But consider that besides distracting the person in front of you, it will distract YOU as well... especially when some of the stuff dries on your windshield.

I was not being sarcastic. I think if I had glow in the dark wiper fluid at night, it would look awesome to spray it and then watch it get wiped around my windshield.
