    Auto - on incline (I try to use it once a month minimum, even when no inclines, to keep it from getting frozen/sticky)

    Auto: only on incline and not during cold weather.

    Manual: Always and leave it in gear. Manuals tend to roll more often then autos so you'd be stupid not to. At least that's what I've heard.

    Manuals kick a$$. It all depends on how good of a driver you are. My car has no trouble with traffic.
