    Exclamation Parking brakes

A little experiment, if you please

I want to compare the people of MP3Car.com to the people of Anandtech Off Topic, on the subject of parking brakes on cars.

Basically, please post whether you do or do not use a parking brake, in both auto and manual cars.

    Ie:

    Auto: Only on strong incline
    Manual: Never

    or
    Auto/Manual: All the time

    or
    Auto: Never
    Manual: Always

    or equivelent

    Cheers!

Always. After a job interview one time, I walked out to find my car in the middle of the parking lot because I had left the parking brake off. After that, I never park without pulling the brake.

Edit: Let me preface that by saying that there was no noticeable incline. It just slowly rolled back.

In my manual 240sx, I used to use my parking break until it started sporadically "popping" back down by itself.
