Quattro: perhaps you are 'night owl' or in other words your biological clock is tuned so. You can not change this, but you can fight against that - with success.
Blauvster: It also could be a symptom of a light disorder, but I believe it is normal at that age.

BTW I perform experiments on rats, so the humans are out of my interest

But I think it is stongly OFF TOPIC!!!

21 in 2.5months, worked for the postal office as a mailman.... The only thing that was computer-related whas the Ir barcode scanner , no profession at the moment....

You know what's good to fall asleep? a joint.... helps me get rid of the frequent backpain, and helps me fall asleep, and maybe the most important: I'm human the next morning.... No RIZLA and no green stuff makes IC-C30 something something....

    Go crazy in the morning?

    Don't mind if I do

I know, simpson rip-off, but I'm really no human without a good night sleep.... And since I can't fall asleep easily.....

    Just turned 30 (shiver).
Nice to see a few other MN folks on here... Yes, I realize that with the 2-yr delay, at least 1 of the MN guys has probably dropped off...

Doing the same thing for almost 7 yrs now - Sr. Sftwre Eng for a healthcare company. (I hear accounting firms are more boring, so I have that going for me)

First comp (that I purchased) was a Gateway P-100. I paid $300 for the upgrade to a Sony 15" monitor! That monitor is still sitting next to me and working like a charm! $3000 for the entire thing!

First computer I used (in elementary school) was an Apple IIgs. That turtle program rocked!

Oh I wish it was normal, I have had guys ask me several times if I'm ok and why I sleep through most of my classes. I pretty much sit down fall asleep then wake up and class is over not remembering when I fell asleep. My grades are ok so I guess I absorb something when I am out

I have 2 pet rats just to through the my post a little more off topic

19 - Flip flopping between electrical, chemical, and mechanical engineering at Oklahoma State.

I started Chemical because I wanted to work in a lab and do research (nano technology), but I soon found out that to do that you need a PHD. And everything else seems to be working with plastics or some boring **** like that. So I'm really leaning towards mechanical and electrical. I may double major... Any suggestions?
