I can't find a better phone then this one yet. That phone above has a backup battery so and can have long conversations. I play games multiplayer and I like to have a standby battery. Also the speaker on this one is good volume I would compare it to a high quality handset phone. Most Headset phones I see don't have good volume. Also none yet that have the spare battey. Also I like my phone in that it has a wired Headset, I have had the regular phones with the mini jack headset plug but they end up bending and make crackling sounds... My phone got dropped in a pool so after I let it dry it worked still but it does pulse dialing now ... and won't switch back so I found a temp fix for that I just have to press Star then the dial but that gets annoying...
New phone needs:
+Spare backup battery that is charging while my phone is in use
+Wireless
+Wired some how directly to the phone
So if you have something close to that please let me know

I use the Uniden Tru88xx series phones throughout the house and they are great. 5.8Ghz, expandable to 10 hand sets, two way radio mode, built in phonebook, etc. Don't have all the features you want but they don't screw with my 802.11x network and have awesome reception. May be worth looking at. Check 'em out here http://www.uniden.com.
I don't know where you live but @ Costco I got the Base w/ handset, numeric keypad and answering machine w/ 2 aditional handsets and a headphone set for $180. linky: http://www.costco.com/product.asp?ca...5&log=&navtop=
