Does something like this exist? Is it photoshopped?

ain't got a clue about prices in USA but if a targa converion was to be done in her it would cost roughly 200 pounds

Its obviouslly a PS, both wheels are exactly the same...
Where are the brakes? You can tell by the background, its a dead giveaway.

To make Targa out of a coupe/hatchback, the frame structure need to be modify. Otherwise the whole car gona shake like crazy.
My Supra is factory targa, but it still shake at speed over 75mph. Everytime I go over a speedbump, I got a feeling that my car will break in 1/2. That is when the top is off.
