Not too predictable, muldrick. (Your last post would be the 'alarm signal' I spoke of, by the way.)

And thanks kandyman. We can always use one more member who participates in a thread to condemn participation in it. The more hypocrisy, the merrier!

I hate it when poeple always have to bring religion into things. For example, I come here to read about computers in cars and stuff like that. Ok, and then there is things like offtopic, where poeple talk about other things, which is fine.

But then I started reading this thread, and like many others, everyone thinks they are right. The last 2 pages on the posts that are super long, makes me wonder who actually cares to read the entire post after the first few sentences (I didn't.)

If you are a Christian (or whatever you are), then why do you have to go and tell everyone what you believe is correct to such a large degree. Why can't you let them figure out what they want to believe (just as your interpretation of it is what you believe is correct), after stating a few of your beleifs. Becuase in the end, change has to come from within, not from you writing a really long post.

This is getting long, so I will end it here. Even though this has nothing to do with the original topic at hand also, just thought I'd add it in now anyway. If you want to debate what you believe in why don't you just start a new thread for it. If someone who wants to read about this man's story, now has to sift through a bunch of information which has no real direct relevancy to his story at hand.

EXACTLY the reason I have said something. I don't mind if things go in and out of the topic, but not completely offtopic for the same reasons hussein stated.

condemn participation? no, stay on topic, you insensitive clot!

start another thread in off-topic if you want to preach your one-sighted, egotistical, hypocrisy.

Until the author of this thread barks about our topics, let us carry on in a civilized manner, shall we. I repeat civilized! Please!

Here's my question: if you make an illegal copy of 'The Passion of the Christ', is that a sin? Technically, it's not stealing, it's copying. It's spreading the story. Correct?

Sorry, for the random question. But this topic reminded me that I have a copy of the movie and should see it.

    Note: I'm a Jew.

Bustin off topic again, but I have to comment. One of my old co-workers had the hook-up for realy high quality boot-legs at a barber shop he went to. He let all of us know that if we wanted a copy of any recent movie, it was $10.00 a piece. This ultra religious southern babtist I worked with ordered 4 copies of "The Passion...". I laughed to myserlf when I heard her request four copies ( wondering if she realized what she was doing was a "sin") and asked her who the other three copies were for. She told me they were for a couple of her church friends. I still don't think it registered in her head that she was stealing.
    they made me laugh

I don't see how she could've missed that, or her friends.
